Ray, In being in the staffing business for over (20) years the names Advancement and Ray Kaufman always represented class, quality and treating people the right way. Although we were competitors over the years our paths would cross, we'd talk on the phone on occassions with you always taking the time to talk and even offer advice. In having the opportuntiy to join Advancement in February of this year I feel very fortunate being able to work with you on a daily basis and learn so many things in a short period of time. Your advice, history lesson on Advancment and our conversations about the industry, past, present and future are invaluable! As you know, our business is the "people business", and of the thousands of people I've met throughout my career you are truly at the top as one of the classiest people I've dealth with. Again, although the time was short, thank you for all you've done for me and more importantly, the legacy you have built in the industry and with Advancement. Best of success to you in your retirement.
